Facilitator Information: 
Neda Djavdan-Badcoubei is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She delivers Positive Discipline classes and workshops to parents, teachers and schools, trains professionals in Positive Discipline and applies the Positive Discipline principles at home with her own family. She is the co-founder of Positive Discipline Nederland and she publishes Positive Discipline books in Dutch. 
She believes that the key to education and parenting is building strong relationships based on mutual respect and that the world will benefit greatly from service done in the spirit of love for mankind. She enjoys helping families, schools, and organizations grow children into responsible, respectful, and happy adults.

Workshop Description:Workshop Description:  This two-day interactive workshop is designed for teachers, counselors, school staff and administrators who want an effective discipline approach that integrates social and emotional learning while reducing challenging student behaviors. Attendees will earn recognition as a Certified Positive Discipline Classroom Educator and will learn to: 

  1. Develop a large teaching toolbox of kind and firm discipline approaches. 
  2. Establish explicit classroom structures and procedures. 
  3. Create an equitable classroom community based on mutual respect. 
  4. Understand the motivation behind students' misbehavior and how to encourage positive change. 
  5. Facilitate effective class meetings teaching social skills and problem-solving. 
  6. Learn Positive Discipline/Adlerian Psychology for use in the classroom and school community. 

Cost:  free PD book or PD toolcards as a gift Early Registration, available until March 16, 2019. € 475 Regular Registration.  Limit 15. 

To Register: 

During this workshop we will stay at Conference center the Poort, they will handle registration. When you register you can also book your room and meals, cost for this depends on your chosen room.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop. 

In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
