Jill Stansbury- Shanghai, China

Jill Stansbury has been a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer since 2007. Her work experience includes over twenty years of teaching and leading schools at all levels from preschool to high school in America and abroad.  She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and is an American Montessori Society certified teacher.  She has also worked in Reggio and International Baccalaureate schools. Based in Shanghai, China, Jill works to grow the Positive Discipline community in Asian international schools and is an active member of the Positive Discipline Association Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force.   

Gina Graham - Peru

Gina Graham is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and Child Psychologist. Gina has been working for 16 years as a Psychotherapist for children and adolescents. Currently, she is part of a Ph.D. program in Psychology conducting research on Positive Discipline in Peru. Gina holds a Master's Degree in Health Psychology. She is the author of several educational and therapeutic games for children. Gina is also the founder of CRIANZA POSITIVA. She works actively to spread Positive Discipline not only in Peru, but in other countries in South America, Central America, and Spain. Gina uses PD in her family and strongly believes that every person in the world can make a difference and influence a better world. 

Sr. Rosemary Arrah - Cameroon

Sr. Rosemary Arrah received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Education from College of Saint Mary Omaha, and holds Master's Degrees in Special Education and Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer for Parenting, Classroom, and Early Childhood. Sr. Rosemary has experience in literacy and learning, leadership, and technology. Sr. Rosemary is passionate to influence others for the common good, and for her, PD is a daily life experience of creating respectful interactions and connections. She has served more than 20 years as a religious sister in the Congregation of the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus. As a PD Trainer she adapts her experiences in the classroom, workplace, and human relationships to enrich her trainees

Sr. Rosemary lives and works in Cameroon and serves as school leader for a boarding school for middle and high school girls.  Apart from her work as a principal, she promotes literacy in Africa and founded “Reading Drive For Africa".  In addition to the core PD certification workshops, Sr. offers training in whole school literacy in African schools and workshops for women in Christian women organizations. 

Amina Diab - Egypt 

Amina Diab is a Child & Adolescent Psychologist, ABHT Certified Hypnotherapist, ABNLP Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She strives to help families build stronger parent-child relationships using as foundations Adlerian psychology and evidence-based therapies. Amina utilizes a client-centered, solution-focused, and humanistic approach to therapy developing a stronger, healthier sense of self while truly emphasizing one's strengths. Amina provides therapy for children and adolescents experiencing a range of behavioral, social, emotional, and interpersonal concerns using her vast training and experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play-Based Learning, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Amina is experienced in guiding families through divorce/separation, death of a loved one, witnessing/experiencing trauma, bullying, sexual/emotional/physical abuse, anger management, depression, anxiety and other disorders, and identifying developmental delays for early childhood. 

Justine Yao - Taipei Taiwan

Justine Yao is a Licensed Counselor and Certified PD Trainer who has used the Adlerian approach and Positive Discipline in her daily counseling and training work for more than 12 years. She has led more than 250 parenting classes and Positive Discipline workshops in over 100 cities in Asia, teaching Adlerian Psychology courses and training others to use Adlerian counseling.  Justine is now the Director of Yahe Psychological Counseling and Training Center in Taiwan as well as the founder and chairperson of Asia Adlerian Counseling and Application Association (AACAA).  She has an M.E. in Psychology and counseling degree from Taiwan University of Education.  Justine is passionate in her life and work.  She lives with her husband and 17 y.o. daughter. 

Leydi Garcia - Colombia

Leydi Garcia is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and a Specialist in School Neuropsychology. She has more than 12 years experience with PD in her personal and professional life and is convinced that we can educate and raise our children through love and respect. Leydi is a founding member and current president of Asociación de Disciplina Positiva Colombia (Positive Discipline Association Colombia). Leydi has been facilitating workshops since 2011 enabling PD to be implemented in many families and institutions.  She is the mother of two children.   

Lori Onderwyzer - China

Lori Onderwyzer is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer. Her passion is to help adults to guide young people to become confident, capable, resourceful, resilient, responsible, and contributing members of their communities. Lori has been a certificated teacher and educational consultant for 31 years teaching kindergarten through eighth grade in diverse settings including inner city, migrant, international, independent, public, and charter schools. Lori works with students, teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents providing workshops, professional development, and classes. Currently, Lori has been growing Positive Discipline through training workshops and coaching in China and other regions of the world.  She has presented at numerous educational and professional conferences in both the US and abroad including as a featured keynote speaker. Lori has been a member of the PDA since 2004 and served on the board in numerous capacities from 2008 to 2013. She shares that she has the great fortune to be married to a very understanding partner and to have two daughters 19 and 23 who “keep her in line,” and she is in awe and respect of their amazing young selves and power!

Natalia Calderón - Costa Rica

Natalia Calderon is a Clinical Psychologist, Specialist in Learning Difficulties, and a Language Therapist. She is the mother of two and a grandmother. Natalia is the Director of CELA. She has over 31 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults. She is the founder of Positive Discipline - Costa Rica. 

Fionnuala Hoffmann - Germany

Fionnuala Hoffman was born in Ireland and currently lives in Germany. Fionnuala is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and holds a BA in English and Applied Psychology from University College Cork, Ireland.  Fionnuala has several years teaching experience in both the public and private sector in Germany. She has three young sons and has lived in Berlin since 1998 with her German husband. She is passionate about helping as many families as possible benefit from the powerful Adlerian wisdom of PD. 

Abla Benbachir - Morocco

Abla Benbachir is a clinical psychologist and Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She has worked with children with special needs and as a school psychologist for many years. She currently works with parents and schools throughout her country offering conferences, workshops, and psychotherapy.  Abla initiated the creation of the Moroccan Positive Discipline Association. Her belief is that we can make educational systems and relationships more respectful thanks to training and the useful information PD offers. 

Susie Zhang - China

Susie Zhang is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer who pioneered Positive Discipline parenting training in China. Susie has worked with the authors of PD to integrate the model into the Chinese culture by translating materials into Chinese and with the PDA to promote Positive Discipline in China. She is the mother of two girls.   

Omneya Askar - Egypt

Omneya Askar loves children and has a passion for teaching. She started her career teaching and is now a school principal. Omneya is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and was the first to introduce PD in the Classroom in Egypt. She has delivered parenting workshops to hundreds of people. She is working toward her school being a Positive Discipline Model School and her ultimate goal is to spread the principles and tools of PD to as many people as possible to develop respectful relationships in families, schools, and community. She has been married for 24 years and has four girls. 

Philippe Hochstrasser - Switzerland

Philippe Hochstrasser is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, a coach, and a retired teacher. He taught for 15 years in Geneva and worked abroad in different cultural environments for an additional 15 years. Philippe works with parents, teachers, and educators in Geneva. He is active in public and private schools and other institutions in the French speaking part of Switzerland. His current activities include conferences, workshops, and coaching aiming to interest as many people as possible to get involved with Positive Discipline. His goal is to develop Positive Discipline in Switzerland as well as to make connections with Adlerian psychology. He believes in the power of encouragement and cooperation. 

Fernanda Lee - Brazil

Fernanda Lee, M.Ed. is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer. She has used PD with parents and teachers since 2010. She also works as a School Counselor in California for grades K-12 and is a member of the American School Counselor Association. She has taught PD tools in public and private schools in both California and Brazil. She is the mother of two children. 

Sylwia Anderson-Hanney - Poland

Sylwia Anderson-Hanney is a Coach, Therapist, and Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She is an experienced specialist with families drawing on an academic background in child education, therapy, coaching, and mediation. Sylwia is the mother of three and step-mother of two.

Neda Djavdan-Badcoubei -The Netherlands 

Neda Djavdan-Badcoubei is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer. She loves working with parents and teachers and coaching them to apply the PD principles to feel empowered and encouraged. Neda is the co-founder of Positive Discipline Netherlands and publishes the Positive Discipline books in Dutch. She believes that the key to education and parenting is building strong relationships based on mutual respect and that the world will benefit greatly from service done in the spirit of love for all humanity. Neda enjoys helping families and schools grow children into responsible, respectful, and happy adults, and organizations to thrive using PD tools. 

Cristina Sanz Ferrero - Spain

Cristina Sanz Ferrero is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and Montessori Directress and Trainer for children 0-6 years old. She has 15 years experience as a teacher with a variety of ages in British schools in Spain and the UK where she earned her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Modern Foreign Languages in 2005. Cristina holds a Master's Degree in Montessori Education. Cristina discovered Positive Discipline in 2011 while working as an Early Years teacher, something that radically changed her understanding of child behavior and human relationships and led her to study Montessori pedagogy in depth. Thanks to many inspirational and encouraging people she has met along the way she found her mission in life: supporting children through their families and teachers by helping them create trusting and encouraging environments for all. Cristina fulfills this mission through conferences, parenting classes, and teacher trainings with her business: Life Skills Escuela para la Vida. As a firm believer of the benefits of horizontal relationships and mutual respect she enjoys being an active member of Asociación Disciplina Positiva España which she helped found. 

Rozenn Le Roux-Mion - France

Rozenn Le Roux-Mion’s passion for Positive Discipline is very connected with her personal and professional life: tearing down walls, crossing borders, going beyond barriers, and finding ways to work together. Rozenn was part of the founding PD team in France involved in the translation of the guides and books. She is eager and happy to disseminate PD in France and abroad.  She has worked in diverse settings and places such as reformatory schools, international companies, preschools and schools, suburbs, ghettos, and charities. Rozenn has lived and worked on four continents and coordinates international projects in development and cooperation. She has also worked as a management consultant.

Sarah Joseph - Sunshine Coast, BC, Canada

Sarah Joseph is an Author, Therapist, and Positive Discipline Trainer. She lives on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, 

Canada with her husband, two kids, and dog. Sarah has been supporting families through classes, workshops, and therapy

since 2009, and has been working with schools since 2016. Sarah enjoys speaking at conferences and facilitating

professional development workshops as well.  She has a Masters in Social Work along with graduate studies in supporting

people who have experienced trauma.  She is the author of the Amazon best selling children’s book Animals in my

Brain, A kid’s guide to understanding and controlling their behaviour, the eBook Peaceful Parenting;

7 Strategies for Creating More Peace in Your Family and the forthcoming book Cultivate, more of what you want.

Her articles have been featured online in publications like Natural Parents Network, Vancouver Mom, Modern Mama,

Kid’s Vancouver, and The Survival Guide for Rookie Moms. Sarah enjoys reading, camping, and travelling. In 2019, Sarah

visited Kenya and facilitated the first Positive Discipline classes in the country.
