Casey O’Roarty, M.Ed, is a personal growth and development junkie, stand up paddle board fanatic, dance floor burner, parent coach, positive discipline trainer, and the adolescent LEAD at www.BeSproutable.com.

For the last 15 years, her work has encouraged parents to discover the purpose of their journey, and provided them with tools and a shift of mindset that has allowed them to deepen their relationship with themselves and their families.

With just over a million downloads, her podcast, Joyful Courage, supports parents each and every week with relevant topics and raw storytelling for parents raising tweens and teens. She also offers parenting summits, classes, a membership for moms of teens and online coaching.

Her book, Joyful Courage: Calming the Drama and Taking Control of YOUR Parenting Journey was published May 20th, 2019. Casey lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, and two kids.
