This foundation is dedicated to creating shared value by connecting with experts in mental, physical, and social well-being to develop preventive programs, educational initiatives, and empowerment strategies that strengthen communities.

As the founder of SimplyMeaningful Coaching Solutions, Lizeth also designs and implements strategies for inner transformation, guiding individuals through challenges and building resilience to turn obstacles into opportunities for growth. Her expertise as a Coach, Consultant, and Positive Discipline Facilitator allows her to cultivate self-awareness skills crucial for constructive and affiliative leadership.
