Facilitator Information:
I was introduced to Positive Discipline during my first year as secondary school counselor at Bonn International School in Bonn, Germany. My school director asked me to attend the "Teaching Parents the Positive Discipline Way" workshop that was being offered at the American School in London. This introduction to Positive Discipline challenged everything I had previously believed about discipline and transformed my approach to counseling, teaching and relationships.

With the guidance and encouragement of the fabulous Joy Marchese, I decided to continue my learning and embarked on a 2-year journey that culminated in my becoming a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer last March.

I am currently living and working in Tokyo, Japan where I enjoy hiking, running, practicing yoga and exploring this amazing culture. Positive Discipline has introduced me to so many incredible people for whom I am truly grateful, and I am so excited to introduce these principles and strategies to my colleagues in Japan!
