Nadine Gaudin (France) is the founder of Connectivité and Lead Trainer in Positive Discipline. For 15 years she was a kindergarten and primary school teacher and currently teaches Positive Discipline training around the world. He has worked in the field of families, early childhood, classroom, and organizations. She specializes in the development and implementation of Positive Discipline in educational centers (she has worked in more than 40 centers) and in leadership training based on Positive Discipline. Nadine is the co-creator of the "The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline" training along with Dr. Jane Nelsen, co-founder of Positive Discipline
Yogi Patel is the founder of Heartfelt Parenting, a Positive Discipline and Montessori consultancy, as well as the former Director and owner of Kinderhouse Montessori School. Her passion is educating and nurturing children and offering personal guidance for parents and educators. Fueled by her passion, Yogi offers Positive Discipline seminars and educational training to teachers, parents, and children of all ages. Before Yogi became a Certified Montessori Teacher and a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, she managed businesses and led an employee training program for one of PepsiCo's restaurant chains. Here in San Diego, Yogi completed the Association Montessori Internationale training program and founded her first Montessori School in 2001, later expanding to a second location in 2008. She feels fulfilled helping children and elderly members gain a sense of belonging and significance. She is an advocate for ECE in CA. When Yogi isn't working, she enjoys yoga and gardening.
The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline (developed by Jane Nelsen and Nadine Gaudin) is an experiential 2 days workshop. You will go deeper into facilitation skills, grow as a person, and have fun! This workshop (with many new activities) is meant for you to see where and how you can model Positive Discipline even more and raise your awareness on your facilitation skills.
In order to attend the Art of Facilitating a Workshop, you must have completed one of the Positive Discipline Association workshops: Teaching Parent the Positive Discipline Way (TP), Positive Discipline in the Classroom (PDC) or Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators (ECE).
Participants in this workshop will:
1. Modeling through leadership, facilitation skills to support total group participation and engagement, encouraging group cohesiveness.
2. Understand how to use PD with your colleagues (for co-facilitation and cooperation as a group).
3. Grow your self-encouragement and deepen your Adlerian understanding.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
