Nadine Gaudin (France) is the founder of Connectivité and Lead Trainer in Positive Discipline. For 15 years she was a kindergarten and primary school teacher and currently teaches Positive Discipline training around the world. He has worked in the field of families, early childhood, classroom, and organizations. She specializes in the development and implementation of Positive Discipline in educational centers (she has worked in more than 40 centers) and in leadership training based on Positive Discipline. Nadine is the co-creator of the "The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline" training along with Dr. Jane Nelsen, co-founder of Positive Discipline.
Omneya Askar( Egypt) is a Certified Lead Trainer,former teacher and school principal. She's is the first to introduce "Positive Discipline in The Classroom" and "Positive Discipline for Early Childhood" in Egypt by training hundreds of teachers in national and international schools in Egypt and some Arabic countries.
In the aim of spreading Positive Discipline principles of encouragement, empowerment and mutual respect in her mother language,Omneya founded "Arab Positive Discipline.Egypt Affiliate".
The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline (developed by Jane Nelsen and Nadine Gaudin) is an experiential 2 days workshop. You will go deeper into facilitation skills, grow as a person, and have fun! This workshop (with many new activities) is meant for you to see where and how you can model Positive Discipline even more and raise your awareness on your facilitation skills.
In order to attend the Art of Facilitating a Workshop, you must have completed one of the Positive Discipline Association workshops: Teaching Parent the Positive Discipline Way (TP), Positive Discipline in the Classroom (PDC) or Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators (ECE).
Participants in this workshop will:
1. Modeling through leadership, facilitation skills to support total group participation and engagement, encouraging group cohesiveness.
2. Understand how to use PD with your colleagues (for co-facilitation and cooperation as a group).
3. Grow your self-encouragement and deepen your Adlerian understanding.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.
