Kelly Pfeiffer has been teaching the Positive Discipline parenting curriculum for 20 years, is a Certified Positive Discipline Association Lead Trainer. She is a founding member of the Positive Discipline Association and has served on the Positive Discipline Association Board of Directors. Through her company, Go Interactive Training, Kelly offers professional development to trainers, instructors and facilitators on a range of topics including accelerated learning strategies and the international workshop, "Training from the Back of the Room" by Sharon Bowman.
Nadine Gaudin (France) is the founder of Connectivité and Lead Trainer in Positive Discipline. For 15 years she was a kindergarten and primary school teacher and currently teaches Positive Discipline training around the world. She has worked in the field of families, early childhood, classroom, and organizations. She specializes in the development and implementation of Positive Discipline in educational centers (she has worked in more than 40 centers) and in leadership training based on Positive Discipline. Nadine is the co-creator of the "The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline" training along with Dr. Jane Nelsen, co-founder of Positive Discipline.
About the workshop:
The Art of Facilitating Positive Discipline is an online integrative event. You will go deeper into facilitation skills, grow as a person, and have fun! This workshop (with many new activities) is meant for you to see where and how you can model Positive Discipline even more and raise your awareness on your facilitation skills. There are many new activities that you have never experienced!

- Not letting participants talk too much
- Modeling through leadership, facilitation skills to support total group participation and engagement, encouraging group cohesiveness.
- Understand how to use PD with your colleagues (for co-facilitation and cooperation as a group).
- Grow your self-encouragement and deepen your Adlerian understanding.
The Art of Teaching Positive Discipline (developed by Jane Nelsen and Nadine Gaudin) is an experiential 2 days workshop.
In order to attend the Art of Facilitating a Workshop, you must have completed one of the Positive Discipline Association workshops: Teaching Parent the Positive Discipline Way (TP), Positive Discipline in the Classroom (PDC) or Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators (ECE).

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
