Nadine Gaudin is a certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer who works internationally with Leadership, Teams, Schools, Parenting, Early childhood. She was invited to be a TEDx Speaker in Romania: "Don't be afraid to have power over your mental health". She used to be a teacher (for 15 years). One of the projects she leads in France was presented at the OECD at a conference on Education. She has a Positive Discipline workshops at Sciences Po Executive Education (French University) for leadership (managers of companies such as Verizon). She has participated to a working group in UNESCO for Preventing Violent Extremism. With Jane Nelsen, she is the co-creator of the workshop for facilitation skills "The Art of Facilitating Positive Discipline"
She has a husband and three children (17, 19, 21 years old) who are her best teachers. She has served in the Positive Discipline Association board and the French Positive Discipline Association board. Above all, she likes to teach Positive Discipline, to read, to learn, to have projects and continue to explore human relationships.
Casey O'Roarty, Med, is a facilitator of personal growth and development. For the last 15 years, her work has encouraged parents to discover the purpose of their journey, and provided them with tools and a shift of mindset that has allowed them to deepen their relationship with themselves and their families. Casey is a Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and Coach. She hosts a podcast, parenting summits, live and online classes, and individual coaching at www.joyfulcourage.com. Her book, Joyful Courage: Calming the Drama and Taking Control of YOUR Parenting Journey was published May 20th, 2019. Casey lives in the Pacific Northwest of the United States with her husband, and two teenagers.
The Art of Facilitating Positive Discipline (developed by Jane Nelsen and Nadine Gaudin) is an experiential 2 days workshop. You will go deeper into facilitation skills, grow as a person, and have fun! This workshop (with many new activities) is meant for you to see where and how you can model Positive Discipline even more and raise your awareness on your facilitation skills.
In order to attend the Art of Facilitating a Workshop, you must have completed one of the Positive Discipline Association workshops: Teaching Parent the Positive Discipline Way (TP), Positive Discipline in the Classroom (PDC) or Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators (ECE).
Participants in this workshop will:
- Modeling through leadership, facilitation skills to support total group participation and engagement, encouraging group cohesiveness.
- Understand how to use PD with your colleagues (for co-facilitation and cooperation as a group).
- Grow your self-encouragement and deepen your Adlerian understanding.

Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop.
Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost.
Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
