Parenting Class Description: Come and join a safe space where you will connect with other parents going through the same ups and downs in life while learning specific and practical tools that will bring more understanding, respect and love to your home.

Together, we will explore how to act kind and firm, invite cooperation, focus on solutions, avoid power struggles, discover the root of children's behaviour, understand how the brain works, alternatives to punishment, and much more!
