Parenting Class Description:

MANAGE YOUR STRESS AND MANAGE YOUR STRESSORS, the cause of your stress. Doing both can lead to a simpler life and more peace.

WHEN YOU SNAP: You know that moment when you snap -- and immediately regret it? When your child's face falls or your partner goes quiet, and you think,

"I hate that I yelled again."

"I didn't mean to say it like that."

"I'm becoming the parent I swore I wouldn't be."

YOUR BREAKING POINT: That moment is not failure. It is your "breaking point." That's your body's way of saying:

"Enough. Something deeper needs your attention. It's time to do things differently." Stress isn't the enemy – it's communication.

YOU CAN HAVE A MORE PEACEFUL FAMILY LIFE, ONE THAT IS LESS STRESS-FILLED: You can find an easier way to parent. You can have more patience and yell less. You can feel less pressure to do it all and to be perfect.

Simplifying your busy family life is not about adding more to your TO-DO list. This is about changing how you create your TO-DO list: what you put on your TO-DO list and why.

HOW CAN YOU FIND RELIEF? HOW DO YOU START? You may already be doing the work of managing your stress in a healthier way. Join this call to begin the process of managing your stressors differently, including reducing the cause of your stress, the stress that can come from parenting and your busy family life. When life gets busy when you have too much to do and not enough time to do it, discover how you can reclaim your power to stop being overwhelmed by life's stressors.

WHO IS THIS TALK FOR? Whether you are a stay-at-home parent or a parent who works outside the home this talk is for you if you are:

• tired of not having a plan to make life's circumstances better.

• always pressed for time because of your work and family commitments.

• short on patience and are tired of arguing, snapping, and yelling despite the best of intentions.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: The talk will be led by Jennifer Watanabe, a long-time parent coach and parent educator. Her mission is to support parents as they find ways to make parenting easier and to simplify their busy lives. She does not use an impersonal AI formula that tells parents to "do this, do that." She offers a personal, caring approach that is based upon each parent's circumstances. Jennifer offers coaching on effective and life-changing ways to simplify your busy family life.
