Participants in this workshop will learn to:

  • See the need behind the behavior — not just the behavior itself
  • Tell the difference between "can't" and "won't"
  • Respond instead of react using Positive Discipline principles
  • Use simple, effective tools: visual schedules, first/then language, calm-down corners
  • Stay calm during a meltdown — without punishment
  • Regulate yourself first, so you can reconnect with your child faster
  • Leave with a draft individualized support plan

Cost

  • Early Bird (30+ days ahead): $150
  • Regular: $180
  • Group Rate (4+ from one family or organization): $120 per person
